In a message to the Open Balkans initiative as well, Kurti has said the Berlin Process could bring <x0vana” that would tear all ships into the Western Balkans. He adds that the EU would have to run its mechanisms and values.
The Berlin Process could bring a wave that would establish all vessels in the Western Balkans, with the European Union running its values and mechanisms. I stressed that in the 26th Annual Economist Table panel in Athens”, Kurti writes on Twitter.
