Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has confirmed that only 61 deputies are present in the hall and there is no quorum to vote on the international agreement.
He has said the session will continue with the review of the bills, while the international agreement remains for another day.
We're continuing with the session, we're stuck with the international agreement, but this requires a very high presence and 80 votes to pass. I'm not letting you go August 10th, you know, nothing. The virus, vaccinate”, has told the Conjufca to MPs.
In this round of days, there is a review of the Bill for the ratification of the Entrance on bilateral legal assistance in criminal affairs between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Swiss Confederate; the second review of the Bill for the Management of Municipal Management System; and the performance-based grant scheme and adoption of the Constitutional Commission's budget concerning the decision-making process in the energy sector for the 2006-2022, at the legislative, regulatory and public enterprise.
