The Government's Secret Fund for the Army, still without the Supervisory Commission, has been warned by the opposition.

Kosovo Security Fund continues to remain completely hidden from the Kurti Government. Neither is the amount of money known, nor is anyone giving, nor is he giving, to strengthen the army of the land. Seeing this situation, the Parliamentary Supervisor Commission was scheduled to be proposed in the form of a transparency upgrade, but [...]
From the beginning, the government had said that the amount of donations would be kept secret, because of national security. Beyond that, Prime Minister Albin Kurti seems to have blown up in total numbers, but not concrete.
“So far on the Security Fund have raised money with a seven-sucerve number of donors who have given money are in four-story number”, that was Kurt's response.
It has already been five months since the establishment of funds, where each citizen or a physical and legal person can offer personal means as a contribution to strengthening the military. But it's like there's been a hazy and completely nontransparent, without public knowing where and how they're going to fail.
Security Commission member Hisen Berisha has indicated about Periscope that the plan to establish a Parliamentary Supervisor Commission has come under water following a government decision not to reveal anything about the fund.
It's been the idea of such a function, but I don't know how you're informed, the government has later come up with a decision to make us unable to know even the amount of money raised from where those tools come from and where they're destination. This decision has been public and now this fund is completely dark and I believe that our partners, but even American partners who support the transition process will not support the idea that unidentified money will be brought into force because it will be compromised and the image of Kosovo and force on future road and consolidation will be greatly damaged, he has said Periscope.
Our proposal is immediately enforced because what that commission will oversee when there is a government decision that the fund will be more public and transparent and nothing will be possible to know. He added.
Send the deputy of The PDK) warns that in the future they will launch the Investigative Commission for this cause.
There's an account, there's a responsibility, it's abuse, it's suspicious. Maybe in this period of time we have many other things that we're dealing with, but in the future we're bound to initiate the investigative commission and this will also be subject to the Parliament, because all other institutions will be subjected otherwise to anarchy and dictatorship from a dictator who acts in the state as he wishes and creates decisions and laws as he thinks without grounds. Berisha stressed.
He continues to label it an illegal fund and abuse of the will of exile and other citizens.
I know this has been a kind of abuse of the will of the dandros, and generally of Albanians to support the force and everyone has run to support this fund, but the fact that these tools can be converted elsewhere, then it will be disappointing for citizens. Nobody knows. We have even asked the parliamentary hearings, but it is definitely unknown. )
Save Parliament's Security Commission Chairman Beka Berisha has indicated for Periscope differently from the PDK Berisha. He believes they'll reach consensus and make that Commission supervisor.
That's the plan. The demands have occurred from a part of the opposition, not from us, because of even more transparency monitoring. We haven't dealt with it yet, we'll treat it, and I'll believe we'll reach understanding and we'll do it. He said Periscope.
Berisha says he needs the Investigative Commission.
I guess there's no incriminating. He added.
Of such an initiative that has so far not entered the agenda, through a statement about Periscope, was supported by former KSF commander Kadri Kastrati.
I think the opposition position had to control how many tools the pipe is, but how much money is spent on that fund. Because if only the position controls that fund, that fund can be misused in other matters, Kastrati said.
Periscope reported in May of this year By means of its sources that from the time funding was established to that period, there were not even 2m euros in total. And this is believed to be the reason why the exact amount of tools is not being made public, as they may be viewed as failure.
Remember Kosovo for this year has divided 100m euros For the military from its budget. Earlier, that amount was about 60 million. In November last year, Prime Minister Albin Kurti had said that the amount earmarked for the army constitutes 1.3 percent of Bruto-Precious Product. / P ERISCOPI/
