Donika Gervala of the ministry, assistant and MPJD's stamp available to her daughter

The cousin's home. The family is at home. The tribe is for the wedding, for private gas. Such were just some of Albin Kurti's morals at a gathering of citizens, accompanied by Vjosa Osmani and Donika Gervala.

But, Albin Kurti's current deputy, who is the leader of List Guso, the party created by President Vjosa Osmani, the ministry leading him, has turned into the welcome “<x1 family.

Minister Gervalla has placed the ministry, assistant and MPJD seal available to his daughter. And such an example, for a minor to complete the practice and be certified by high institutions, has not been met so far in Kosovo. This practice in her mother's cabinet, which heads one of the most important institutions of the state, as written in the official document, has been carried out according to German law provisions, says Democracy.com.

Minister Gervalla-Schwarz's daughter, Nora Schwarz, according to the ministry's employees, has been seen a total of 2-3 times in the MPJD facility visiting her mother since she is a minister, but has not performed any practice in this government dictatorship. In spite of that, the minister's daughter has been issued a certificate by MPJD, signed by the Gervala's personal assistant, which bears the MPJD stamp, but doesn't figure out how protocoled and archived, as if this institution were the private company of the Gervala family.

One of the documents provided shows how Minister Donika Grovalla's cabinet -- Schwarz -- expresses readiness that student Nora Schwarz from Gjimnazi in Oelberg, Konigswiinter-Oberpleis, engage him as an intern in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora cabinet of the Republic of Kosovo.

“We are ready to host the student between January 10th and January 28th 2022, Nora Schwarz of high school (Gymnasium) am Oelberg, Kögsinter-Oberpleis for a student practice at our institution/home. We were informed of the understanding and purpose of students' practices and their security situation and were informed that no financial rewards will be paid for either school or students. (Please return this statement as soon as possible to Gymnasium am Oelberg, Weilerweg 25, 53639 Königswitter or fax it to 02244/934101)”, says the document bearing the MPJD stamp and the signing of the drill assistant, Besiana Havolll.

While, in the next secured document, which is named as “Certificate of practice”, Nora Schwarz is said to have completed the practice in the cabinet of Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora.

It says that Nora Schwarz has completed the practice at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora from 10,01.2021 to 28,01.2021, which appears to have confused the year at the beginning of January, as in the document dated 04.10,2021, where the readiness to keep this practice is the same date, but only the year is 2022. But this document, referred to in 2021, is also dated February 4, 2022, at the end of the signature.

The document says that Nora Schwarz during this time has completed the practice on time from 0900 to 1600.

The duties of Minister Gervalla's daughter, according to this document provided by Democracy.com, have been to accompany and convey various activities to her mother's cabinet, organising a digital database for the ministers' and cabinet contacts.

“Practice Certificate. Ladies, Nora Schwarz, born in****2006 in Bonn ( Federal Republic of Germany) living in**** Bon has carried out the practice at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo in Pristina from January 10th to January 28th, 2021. The ministry's regular work schedule was between 9: 00 p.m. and 4: 00 p.m., including lunch break. The engagement in the ministry is conducted according to the relevant provisions of German law. Nora engaged in the ministry in the minister's cabinet (the staff department). Her tasks include: Association and monitoring various activities in the cabinet in particular; • Independent organisation of a digital database for contacts of the minister and the cabinet; • Support for various organisational activities as preparing for the diplomatic body by the minister and • Association of Minister or cabinet employees in the talks and the term”, says in this document signed by the Gervala assistant and sealed with MPJD stamps, without actually performing any practice Nora Schwarz in MPJD.

At the end of the certificate, there was no lack of praise for the boss's daughter.

“Nora was able to adapt very well to office in the cabinet thanks to its friendly and cooperative behaviors and very good English and Albanian knowledge. Even in more complex matters, she was always able to understand the subject and the task quickly and independently apply“is written in the practice certificate that Democracy.com has provided.

The ministry has reasoned in this document that because of Coddy-19 and Pandemia, Nora's practice had lasted only two weeks. But even in spite of the short time, it reportedly had “excellent”.

Nora always fulfilled her duties, in our full satisfaction. Because of the effects of the coronary pandemic, even the ailing ministry that affected almost 80 percent of employees in the minister's cabinet, the practice in the ministry could not continue after two weeks. However, the two weeks of practice hope to be a good experience for Nora and a pleasure for us with her. Personally and for her commitment, Nora can be given only the best appreciation. We wish all the best in her future personal, academic and professional life”, said the document, also signed by Assistant Besiana Havolli, on April 2, 2022.

In the MPJD document, it is surprisingly noted that Nora Schwarz's commitment to the ministry has been carried out according to the German law's relevant provisions, thus ignoring the Gervala cabinet as well as Kosovo's laws.

These documents are not signed by Minister Donika Grovall, but “barre” has put her personal assistant, Besiana Havolla, on her shoulders.

Havolly has signed the certificate that Nora Schwarz received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but also the statement on behalf of the MPJD that expressed readiness for her admission as an intern to this institution.

Information has been requested by MPJD why the Gervala assistant is in charge of these documents and signatures when its role is known and not the assistant's expression of the ministry's readiness or recruiting interns, but this institution has chosen silence.

Gjimnazi has been contacted in Oelberg, Konigswiinter-Oberpleis, to whom statements have been sent and then then certificates of practice for Nora Schwarz from the Gervala cabinet, but given that schools in Germany do not share media with minors, nor has this German institution returned.

Kurti's government was originally named “The government of intern ministers”, and now it has become the government of the intern family.
