COVID cases rise to 110 countries, O head BSH says pandemic is far from over

WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebrreesus has warned that the pandemic is far from finished.
The number of deaths from COVID worldwide has remained mainly similar to the previous week, but there have been increases in three regions: Middle East, Southeast Asia and America.
The Middle East had the most significant increase in coronary cases over the past seven days, with infections rising by 47 per cent.
Europe and Southeast Asia saw the rise in the number of confirmed cases by about 32 per cent, with a 14 per cent increase in America, SkyNews reports.
Over 4.1 million positive cases were reported worldwide during the last week.
