Greep has said that in his appeal, Thaci, among other things, commented that in his decision the judge of the preliminary procedure had not taken enough into account that evidence added to the list of SPS material evidence at this late stage would negatively affect the defence capacity to prepare for trial within a reasonable time.
Mr. Thaci stated that the pre-procedure judge had not taken into account that the witness files already analyzed would have to be re-analyzed because the additional material Z added The SP includes witnesses for whom accompanying statements and material evidence” have already been issued, Greep said.
In turn, she said the Appeals Court panel found that Mr. Thaci's arguments had taken into account enough and determined that additional material concerns witnesses who are already known for their defense subsequently for changing the list of material evidence did not necessarily affect or delay preparations for the trial because, among other things, defence has just begun its investigation.

Meanwhile, he said that in line with the Court of Appeals' order, issued on July 1st, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj reaffirmed the appeal announcement against the trial.
