Thus, Prime Minister Edi Rama, through his party, officially launches the battle warned of his friend, former Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, who is being held in The Hague Special Court custody, which is the product of Dick Marty's claims.
A month earlier, after the joint meeting of the Government of Albania and the Government of Kosovo, Rama had warned of the launch of a campaign that would include Washington, Paris, Berlin and other world centres, to document that the Kosovo Criminal Army was involved in organ trafficking.
In the proposal for a resolution initiated by SP deputies Taulant Balla, Mimi Kodeli, Clotilda Bushka, Etilda Gjonaj, Blendi Klosi, Ejen Xhafaj, Petro Koci, Hatage Konomi, Bardil Kolcak, Ilir Pendavinji and Arben Plumbi reportedly believes that there will be the support of all members of Albania's Parliament “and that with this project the resolution is designed to help steadfast will to help justice and support any efforts aimed at uncovering the truth.
In the text of the draft resolution, which is expected to be voted into voting, the deepening investigations about Dick Marty's claims on organ trafficking remain unexplained, untested and groundless, therefore noted that such should be considered by internationals as well.
“The Parliament of the Republic of Albania finds that, after more than ten years of deep investigation by the EU's Special Investigative Task Force and its successor, Specialised Prosecutor's Office, claims filed in Dick Marty's Report on the purpose of extracting and selling their organs and illegal trafficking of human organs in Albania and/or Kosovo, included in Resolution 1782 (202%) of APKE, chapters 1 and 4, remain unexed, unexplored and unplanned in evidence, and is considered to be considered by all other international institutions, along the 271st of the project.
