Big American companies like Disney, JP Morgan and Meta have told the staff that they will cover travel expenses for women who want to have abortions as millions of American women face new restrictions.
They have made these vows following a Supreme Court ruling that has overturned the constitutional right to abortion.
The court ruling opens the way for states to make decisions if they learn to stop this procedure.
Other companies, including Amazon, have announced the same decision.
Many companies have confirmed that they will cover travel expenses through the health care plan for workers who want to go to states within the United States, where abortion can be carried out.
Disney has claimed to have told the workers that he understands the impact of the Supreme Court's decision, and that the company remains committed to offering them access to health care, including family planning, “regardless of where it lives”.
Deseny employs about 80,000 people in Florida, where the state governor has already signed an abortion ban on law after the 15th week of pregnancy.
The decision will begin to implement on 1 July.
With the Supreme Court's ruling, abortion is not done with illegal automatism in the U.S. but states can decide whether to allow it.
A total of 13 states have already passed laws banning abortion.
More than 20 other countries are making restrictions.
Companies offering coverage of the workers' expenses so they can go to a safe state to carry out abortion are expected to face criticism from the Republicans.
