Since the September crisis in northern Kosovo, chief negotiators, Besnik Bislimi from Pristina and Petar Petkovijq from Belgrade have met only once, on April 21st, when it failed to reach the agreement for vehicle plates, Rtk reports.
Dialogue at the level of chief negotiators has developed several times before and after this moment, but without their direct meeting. Each meeting I held in Brussels since then has ended without any results.
