Meanwhile, the ETEA organisation says it is carefully conveying communication among students regarding Matura's testing and finding the situation extremely alarming, where up to 5 thousand people have even been created.
“Following evidence provided by E organisation TEA, seniors/are making preparations beyond what can be imagined to copy on the tests. It's about including teachers in social networking groups open for purposes of copying; It's about the involvement of students and family members in the word; These communications also note discussions that require these services by promising payment; By communications it is understood that there are students/those who/they offer backup for copying in exchange for the student election vote at University”, the E organisation reports. TEA, through a media communiqué.
According to ETEA, what is most visible is that it differs from the groups formed by the semi-maturants with the aim of copying in the Environment Test, is about the sophisticated rules and methods that seniors/attain to enable them to identify in these groups.
The names of social networking groups are constantly changing; Whoever is involved in these groups is obliged to stay there to remove the profile photo and the last name, and replace it with initials, otherwise be excluded from the groups in record time; Administrators/the groups in question seem to be tough through warnings and threats to anyone identified as having distributed information about the existence and functioning of groups. The ETEA organisation welcomes the decision of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and innovation to include cyber experts in the working groups of the Matura State Council, which the decision applied in the second part of the Environment Test. But based on a statement published by August on the 1706,2022 for the success of the second part of the Environment Test, ETEA finds that the involvement of cyberscientists in these working groups is not enough to say that it is completely indisputable. This is because groups of semi-muterants for the purposes of copying, with membership of up to 5 thousand people, have been active similar to the first part of the Environment Test and communication has been at dynamics during the development of the test in question”, the communique says.
The ETEA organisation has appealed to the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and innovation, as well as to the country's municipal education directors to take this situation seriously.
“ETEA recommends that rigorous measures be considered urgently for preventing such phenomena from degrading the further education system as follows, but without limit: Consider the possibility of the involvement of wave lockers in the Testing Centers during test development time; To equip commissioners/advisors/tests with detectors for detection of electronic devices; To reconsider the organisation of working groups, including as many cybercrime officials and connoisseurs as possible, should be fully engaged in accessing these groups to provide real-time information so that all those who enable, encourage and apply such fraudulent methods. On the contrary, ETEA considers it more reasonable to suspend the organisation of national tests for 9th and 12th grades until conditions for fair testing, correct and equal treatment of children than to continue this year after year. Since this, above all, is harmful to Kosovo students themselves who, now and several years, continue to take the lead in the European continent of functional illiteracy”, ETEA reports.
