Waiting and gathering will be held at a hotel in the capital. The Albanian Government delegation is expected to arrive there at 10:45, and at 11: 00 p.m., the reception of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama is scheduled by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the Express newspaper reports.
The plenary session of the two governments' collection is scheduled to begin at 11:15 and will be broadcast live.
Later, a conference to tear up Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his Albanian counterpart, Edi Rama, is scheduled.
