After being denounced by the hospital lawyer, Kosovo police had contacted the patient and the atrophied family as a threat, and after their interview, had also drafted criminal gossip, which they had deposited at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina.
However, as the signal teaches, the prosecution has not believed the US Hospital's denouncing and has considered that there is no evidence or elements of the criminal work for which criminal defamation was drafted.
For that reason, it was also decided that the criminal contagion would be dropped and the decision would be announced to its archdeceiver.
This has been confirmed after weeks of waiting by Prosecutor's spokeswoman Laureta Ulaj, who with a reply confirmed that there is no reasonable doubt that criminal and high-profile acts have been committed.
“Referring to the questions raised by you on this case, we inform you, the prosecutor of the case, following the analysis and detailed assessment of criminal reporting against the suspects and subject documents, in 06.06.2022, has received an agreement to drop criminal speculation, because the elements of the criminal act of the rowing have not been met, so there is no reasonable doubt that a high-profile criminal act has been committed.”, says the prosecution's response.
The signal says it has an answer from the American Hospital as well as the denouncing and the dissatisfaction manifested by the patient and his family, but as in the past, even now this institution has chosen to remain silent and not answer the questions sent.
Also contacted has the parent of the patient who was denounced for threatening, who, among other things, has denied that his son is involved in what the hospital claims and that this will be confirmed very soon.
