During an interview, the former minister stressed that the latest meeting showed that this initiative has the full support of Americans.
Kosovo, as a new state, should be joined by any regional organisation and not isolated or excluded from such tables, where the country can benefit.
Kosovo's “Citizenship is not measured in Ohrid, Kosovo's citizenship and sovereignty is measured in Brussels, in Berlin, Washington and, above all, at the UN,” the deputy said, among other things PDK.
On June 7th and 8th, works of the initiative “Open Balkans” were held in Ohrid, North Macedonia. The meeting was finalised with the signing of 3 memorandums and 1 agreement.
The agreement signed among the participating countries in the initiative concerns the fight against tax evasion, namely avoiding tax payment.
The three memorandums include recognition of higher education diplomas, cultural co-operation and co-operation in the area of tourism.
The initiative, conceived by Albania, Northern Macedonia and Serbia, was joined by Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina at this meeting.
The only country that refused to participate was Kosovo, which did not lack invitations.
