At the table where Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Montenegro's Dritan Abazovic and DUI chairman Ali Ahmeti from Northern Macedonia were missing someone from Kosovo.
Regarding her absence at the table, journalist Fatmir Aliu asked Rama about her absence fromTV21, but he received answers.
“Do you lack Kosovo on the table, sir prime minister?”, was the question that journalist for Rama directed.

However, Rama at the media conference said he wanted the six countries in the open Balkans to be the only ones until he said he respects Kosovo's decision not to participate.
