Legal security is one, according to Rukiqi, where many investors have withdrawn from projects.
We do not only have the problem of technical barriers and not tariffs, but also judicial security for investments, there is much encouragement from Rama for tourism projects. But there have been cases that in the absence of legal security many investors have withdrawn, Rukiqi said.
Journalist Bardh Seydarasi said it is not resolved by business, but by the lawyer paid by the Albanian government.
There are cases that are violated by the cadastral or municipal authorities, or the neighbour. We need to achieve Albania and Kosovo's projects to enter joint projects. I know a lot they're in court”, he added.
This Monday during the meeting between the Kosovo and Albanian government was signed agreement predicting that between June 1st and September 30th for each weekend and on national holidays, Albanian and Kosovo citizens will cross the border, without the need of registration at border police stations.
