The Labour Inspectorate has come up with a report that has burdened some remarks in management and organisation at the KKUK Cardiology Clinic, writes the Shneta newspaper.
This report, which is owned by the newspaper, says that the working schedule at the clinic is not respected by a number of doctors whose exit entry is not regular on official schedule. The report says that while there is irregularities in follow - ups, work for specialists has been recorded in the clinic report for eight hours.
In a second warning, the inspector raises the case of an ambulance, where some doctors reportedly do not work at all in the ambulance and that the management has given no excuse for their release.
Also, according to the Inspectorate, a number of cardiologists are relieved of custody, while it is found that the director of the clinic places his name for custody most frequently during weekends.
The “has been found to be the claim filed in the Clinical Director's complaint to have custody on weekend days, in the period when the payment for custody is the highest”, the report says.
In addition, the report says that medical holidays for some doctors are allowed on the basis of just one medical report, not being respected by regular procedures of the medical vacation.
The inspector at the end has demanded that the QKUK take action within 15 days to improve the remarks.
The paper has requested clarification by Cardiology Clinic Director Lulzim Kamberi, but the same has not returned through e - mail.
We remember that the recent Cardiology Clinic has restored the invasive cardiology service, with the completion of the QKUK Staut by Minister Rifat Latifi. Latiff's decision has had disappointment among invasive cardiologists who have even refused to work under the new management.
