But Putin suggested his counterparts should give up alcohol and do more sports.
Putin has been photographed several times without a shirt in Russian state media, including the viral photo on horseback, carrying a hunting rifle and going fishing.
Photos have been widely interpreted as the Russian president seeking to design a male sentiment that attracts many Russians.
At the G7 summit in Germany earlier this week, United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson struck him, joking that leaders should remove their clothes to “show that we are tougher than Putin”.
