However, according to experts, low temperatures are not suitable for all foods, since they can prove to be dangerous to health.
Here are four foods you don't want to keep in the fridge.
Onion
Onions are best preserved in a fresh, dry, and airy place. The fridge is too wet, which can cause it to sprout. Besides, as in potatoes, the cold will turn the steam into sugar.
Open cans
It is not recommended that you leave open cans of waste in the refrigerator, since metal can be poured from the box into the food box. Experts recommend transferring the rest of the can into a glass container to store food and then keeping it in the refrigerator as long as any food offers.
Unripe Bananas
Bananas are tropical fruit and thrive in hot temperatures. Lower temperatures disrupt the maturing process, and the skin will get black in the refrigerator because the cold breaks the cell walls of the corthex, causing oxidation and production of melanin. Banana companies recommend leaving bananas at room temperature until they are ripe at the desired degree and then transfer them to the refrigerator, where you can store for a few more days.
potato
The potato must be preserved in a cool, dark place, ideally preserved in a basement. If the potatoes are stored in the refrigerator, their launch becomes sugars, destroying their taste.
