INT ERVIEW/ Haziri: Fear of visas being linked to dialogue, failure to implement constitutional decisions by government

Haziri, in an interview for Periscope, has also commented on Kurt's stance on the energy deal, the remnant of veterans out of minimum wage, and the continuing increase in prices and derivatives.

Periscope: What is happening to visa liberalisation, where is Kosovo in this process?

Lutfi Haziri: Visa liberalisation from the Council of Ministers' recommendation to take this right has come down in the declaration, namely, in the joint declaration of good will, meaning that Kosovo will have a new guide, or new conditions, to reach a date to take up the visa liberalisation issue. What these conditions will be and what the demands of member states, in particular France and the Netherlands, will be expected to be seen these days. The great fear is that this process will be linked to progress in dialogue or to requirements for implementation of certain constitutional decisions that this Government is still reluctant to implement.

Periscope: Kosovo has reached an energy agreement with Serbia in Brussels, and under this agreement, supply with electricity and collecting bills in the north should make Elektrosever, Serbia's state-owned electricity company. How do you see the change in attitude of Mr. Kurt?

Lutfi Haziri: The 2022 deal is good for Mr. Kurti faced the 2015 deal, which was rejected by any means and with any form of protesters, by violent means and persistent opposition statements until he accepted such an agreement and its implementation according to the guide is already being prepared. This metamorphosis of Mr. Kurt shows a change in methods and not in his purpose because he's seen as having all of his causes built he's had for a purpose to come to power to take power, to take power, which he's not actually exercising, but is managing with this Republic. Periscope: The government has approved the draft law on the minimum wage, of which veterans remained abroad. There was even a protest. How do you comment?

Lutfi Haziri: Not only have veterans who have been expelled but even several union categories representing the interest of their workers and who must be social partners. Mr. The cure only with its ministerial lines within social dialogue has reached compliance with the minimum wage and has ruled out social partners in this decision, meaning exemption for teachers of endangered social categories. While conditions have been set for veterans to clean up lists to become a new list according to his or her will and will of Vetevendosje, rather than the merit and attributes that war associations will have to have the final word.

Periscope: The government's new decision on the sale of the derivative price in all businesses has come into effect. How have you seen this decision and the constant raising of derivatives so far?

Lutfi Haziri: We have price hikes even in food and in every segment of our lives. The government's intervention in oil derivatives is too late. But it shows deaf to recommendations that the opposition, in this case, is giving the LDK on time to prevent the welfare of citizens and family in Kosovo from being harmed. Even this intervention is ineffective because the tendency to reduce the price of bell in Kosovo for several cents and limit it, risks bankruptcy, and hundreds of thousands of tʹBAR's workers quit. However, let's see what little effect this intervention will have, even though it is too late, because the government has become allied with others rather than with the citizen.
