Edi Rama: Nobody takes Kosovo's place, EU dragged us through negotiations

In a statement to media from North Macedonia's Ohrid, Rama underlined that no one takes Kosovo's place in the open Balkans.

Kosovo is sovereign and makes its own decisions for itself. The country for Kosovo in the Open Balkans is there. Nobody gets it, nobody fills it unless Kosovo fills it.
