Kosovo police have announced that his family has doubts that the deceased has not been given the necessary medical treatment, and that may be why he has changed his life.
At the prosecutor's decision the lifeless body of the victim was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Obligation.
The case has been initiated as “The death failure”.
