The defendants, A.R.1, A.R.2, M.B., are charged that on October 6, 2019, around 21:25 minutes at the Emission Police Station, misusing duties and authorisations, they have been mistreated, scared, and severely insulted by the dignity of the injured D. H. and A. A. That is how they stop when they are injured A. A. was driving his vehicle into the city at a dangerous speed and they order him to follow the police vehicle at the Police Station in the Shtime and when he arrives at the station yard, clear up with police officers, the last unannounced and contrary to legal authorisations and other police regulations begin hitting, punching and kicking D. H., until he falls to the ground, and then with his fists and kicks he starts kicking down the injured A. A., after leaving the car and heading towards police officers. Both are cuffed and thrown into an interview office and continue to punch and kick, causing body damage”, says the communique issued by the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.
Two police officials, A.R. and A.R., have been sentenced to one year in prison, while M.B. to 150 days in prison.
“Foundation Court at Ferizaj ) General Department, respectively, after maintaining judicial examination and managing all evidence, defendants: A.R.1, he found him guilty and was sentenced to a unique prison sentence during a (1) year; A.R.2, he found him guilty and was sentenced to a unique prison sentence during a (1) year; M.B., he found him guilty and judged the same with a unique prison sentence during the length of a hundred and fifty (150) days, which sentences will be executed after the indomitability of this act”, said in the communiqué.
