However, she hopes that the heads of state will have learned a lesson after that.
“Wouldn't like to reason for a moment the end of the unwarranted head of the European Union to Kosovo and visa liberalisation, a lesson I hope the leaders of Kosovo institutions have received; empty and popular rhetoric that they have been leading to for years, tear gas and Moldovans lost the train for visa liberalisation in 2016, when we were in package with Ukraine and Georgia<1>, she wrote on Facebook.
