According to the communiqué, the suspect, after continuing disagreement with his wife and after a plea they had, physically attacks the injured by punching him in the back of the right ear, on the left arm as well as on the back, where these damaged injuries result in bodily injury.
“Procuroria reports that on May 31st, 2022, in the municipality of Rahoveci, in their common home, defendant St. Th., causes domestic violence, respectively, causes bodily injury to his wife E.B. The prosecutor of the case against defendants S. Th., has requested a 30-day detention measure. The defendant, under the prosecutor's order, is in detention from May 01nd 2022”, said further in the communique.
