At an online meeting with students of the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris, Zelensky said Ukraine is ready for negotiations with Russia, but Russian massacres are hampering them.
“We are willing to move forward with negotiations. With every new Bucha, with every new Marioupol, with every new town where there are dozens of victims and atrocities of all kinds, the desire and opportunity to negotiate disappear, as well as the possibility of finding a diplomatic solution”, President Zelensky said. /A2 CNN
