The Russian armed forces and mercenaries have committed war crimes on Ukraine's territory, in particular in Buka, Irpin, Marioupol, Borodyanka and at Hostomel”, the assembly's resolution by Lithuania State Radio is cited.
The Lithuanian “Parliament recognises as genocide against the Ukrainian people the fight of Russian aggression committed by the Russian Federation armed forces and its political and military leadership”, the resolution said.
The Russian “Federata, whose military forces are systematically targeting civilian limits, is a support and promoting terrorism”.
Lithuania, formerly part of the Soviet Union and is now a member of NATO, shares a 275km border with Russia. /Periscopi/
