Gelone Haradinaj says that justice alone is not in the Special Court.
I expect no justice to be honest, if Nazim is released today, I'd be surprised he's innocent. There is no justice. If there was justice, Nazim would never be there. Even if he is released 20 months of his life he has lost, they will not return with anything. It will be an unjust punishment. I do not expect justice from those”, said Cegjeloe Haradinaj for Gazeta Express.
Haradinaj's arrest, she calls the kidnapping, stressing that the same is remaining in custody at The Hague for 20 months, also re-excuss that she does not expect justice today.

Haradinaj's shell is being charged with criminal acts linked to obstructing justice administration.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) has demanded that Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj be sentenced to 6 years in prison and 100 euros in fines.
The accused continue to be placed under the measure of detention at The Hague detention headquarters and are already awaiting the proclamation of the court's decision.
