Former President Hashim Thaci's defence team lawyer, Pierre-Richard Prosper, says the Special Court is criminalising the Kosovo Liberation Army.
When they speak of “joint criminal enterprise”, they speak clearly of the four accused who are there and then say “and members of the KLA”. They don't say some KLA members, but “KLA participants”, so what's going on here is that the organisation, which was responsible for the release of this state and this people, is now criminalising” said Prosper for the Rubik show.
Asked whether the Special Court is targeting Albanians only, Prosper said he cannot talk about motives, but the fact that the arrest of this court belongs only to Albanian ethnicity shows in which direction the court is heading.
