While Johnson has signed the security agreement with Sweden's prime minister, he is expected to do so even to the president of Finland this afternoon. These developments are taking place at the time of Russian aggression in Ukraine, a war that has troubled security elements in the West, where the two Scandinavian countries have expressed their will for membership in the NATO alliance.
