According to Russia's state medium “RIA”, Putin has told the Finnish president that abandoning neutrality would be a mistake.
The Russian leader has also reportedly told Niinistos that there are no threats to Finland's security and that a change in Finland's foreign policy would be negative for bilateral relations.
