Kurti, who is standing on official visit to the United States, has proposed that Agon Ramadani, instead of Arbnor Tmava, be nominated for a member of the Public Prosecutorial Research Organisation.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo has held electronic collections in which it has approved completion and change of Government decision No. 06/67 on March 9th 2022, which has been nominated to the Republic of Kosovo candidate mayoral framework and four (4) members of the Procuring Organising Board.
With the change and fulfillment of the decision, instead of Mr. Arbnor Tmava has been nominated. Agon Ramadani for a member of the Public Procureing Organization. The decision will be prosecuted for review in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo”, the ZKMA report said.
Otherwise, about 700 tenders worth over 200m euros have remained blocked, since the Prosecutorial Investigation Board (OSHP) has not yet been functional.
