The above statement was made by the executive director of U n NICEF, Omar Abdi during a meeting of the Security Council in Ukraine.
“NICEF in the east has been damaged or destroyed since the beginning of the war. Hundreds of schools around the country are said to have been hit by heavy artillery and air strikes in populated areas...
