Charged in this case for the murder of police officials had also been Bajram Kiqmar, Faik Shaqiri, but the Supreme Court in September 2017 had issued a plea for their release, after that court had the two indictees been tried years earlier over the event and that there is an act of trial for dropping their investigations.

Otherwise, at last session of indictees Bedri Krasniqi and Alban Dezdari had pleaded innocent over the charge he was charged with.

yesterday's session has started with testimony from witness Fatmire Ramadani, who has declared that she is standing next to statements previously given.

She has clarified that the critical day had been on patrol and through the radio had heard that colleague Baster Mulliki had sought help, and had heard the same saying “is being attacked by gun, there were shots, there were shots, there were” going on to her at the scene in the village of LOShan where they met fellow Education, who had been lying on the ground and the international police who had been in the car.

Asked by accused Alban Dezdari's representative, lawyer Florent Latifaj of his first contact with Bastriun, witness Ramadani has said that with Bastriu he had met that night but that he did not remember where and when.

On the other hand, she said they had made the site's insurance until the other units had arrived and the crime scene according to her, there had been international police cars and empty cars that had left the suspicious people behind.

Also, witness Ramadani has said that through radio connection he had heard that suspicious people had gone towards Podujevo with civilian cars.

On the other hand, the hearing has continued with the testimony of witness Baster Mulliq, who has also stated that he remains close to all previously given statements.

Responding to the defendant's defence questions, Bedri Krasniqi, lawyer under official duty Drita Sopi, had heard the critical day communicate in Serbian, witness Mulliq has said that the same is true, that communications in the Serbian language had heard them in parallel with the shooting.

While questioned by lawyer Latifaj as to whether I could describe the people who had been there, witness Mulliq said the clock was somewhere 21:45 and it was dark with the cerrevers it had been very difficult to identify anyone, but according to him they were in military uniforms and masks, and it's in the dilemma whether there were 4 or 5 people.

He has clarified that no bullet of his was fired without firing them and, according to him, in their shots his 15-round clipper has vanished.

I was positioned on those three with tins that were in my hand, and from that side 7-8 meters away, they almost fled and I heard that someone told me that someone caught the bullet and I realized that it was Albanian, and I turned from my colleague who never stopped the tin on it, I didn't know the moment the Education was in, but I knew that someone in your”, Mulliqi said.

Asked what he had observed after receiving Agron from there, witness Mulliq said he had gone to help his colleague seek protection behind the car.

Then he said he stopped a golf car 2 to offer help because, according to him, the translator was injured.

I've been aware that I'm taking someone's hug and telling that person about Podujevo and after 200 meters I've announced the base, while Education has remained in the likely place that I'm very sorry for it”, Mulliqi said.

On the other hand, witness Mullish said he felt himself injured in this case after he had been away for years.

My friends haven't had a lot of fun with them, and my family's been watching me saying they brought us back home. My son's 30 years old today, he's out of work nowhere, and every half hour I write to him and ask where you are, where you're”, Mullick said.

On the other hand, the next witness Becir Behrami has also declared that he remains close to statements previously given.

Asked by the damaged side's representative, lawyer Xhafer Maliqi was with whom he was at the time until he was driving the police car, witness Behrami has said he had been with Gani Maloku and Ramadan Bilal, and according to him, Isak Ejupi was already attached until Ramadan was left with an injured in Podujevo that had been a translator.

He has explained that in this regard he is never interested.

Responding to lawyer Latifaj's questions about how the critical day was announced to go to the scene, witness Behrami said it had been announced through radio until it had been in Podujevo, where after having heard a call from the colleague who now knows it's Bastria, they are on their way to the scene in Sibovc.

According to him, they had first seen a wounded man and sent him to Podujevo, but returning to pick up his colleague Isaac had been shot by the suspects;

I took Isaac and there were shots from the suspects, and I was at Isaac's house where we then saw a Mercedes, and when that car saw us, we got into the left side and radio about that suspects got a Mercedes car, and we went behind it in rotation”, Behram said.

He said the car was stopped when he arrived on a dead end by seeing there were 3 people but couldn't identify them after being 30 to 40m away.

Asked by Judge Hoti if there had been verbal communication with them, witness Behram said there was no possibility since gunshots had started in their direction with AK-47 weapons and another ball-hand tool.

They're gone, and our shots have been forced to stop them from being endangered and we've used the car as a protection and after 1-2 minutes we haven't seen them since” Behram said.

After Behram, the hearing continued with the testimony of witness Muhammad Mann, who claimed by chance had shot there that day.

He has clarified that he had been going to Albania with his uncle Sabit Manin's son, where he was in Elushan, after hearing the shootings had stopped the car and seen people he thought had been wearing masks.

On the other hand, he added they got out of Shefkiu's car where two others have come towards them with automatic weapons taking their car.

I went into a tree and I saw that they were a lot of cops, and the first time they were two and the second time I didn't know, I don't know what they talked about then that I was in a tree, and we both got carat”, he said.

Finally, the witness said that in the case he had understood the same night through police communication on the radio how much he had been in their car.

The next hearings on this matter are scheduled on July 8th and 12th, where the next witnesses are expected to be heard.
