Lushi sees only modern meetings in Berlin: Dialogue moves only when the U.S. uses its weight

The meeting of the German Chancellor with Kosovo's KM and Serbia's president in Berlin today has been behind the situation in Ukraine and the Balkans, but it has also been made by Germany as a message to France and President Macron. Kosovo- Serbia moves too much only when the US uses its weight. Therefore, we Albanians must engage heavily with Washington and lose as little time and energy with symbolic European shows.
