Chairman The PDK, Memli Krasniqi, has wished May 1st on International Labor Day.
Krasniqi, through a Facebook post, has indicated that all Kosovo workers indiscriminately, from the farmer who earns his living in the sweat of his face to the teachers, who for many years educated generations of young people without any compensation, today deserve the best wishes.
But the leader of The PDK says this May 1st has found private sector and public sector workers in a crisis with many challenges and still without any response from the Kosovo government.
“Disapproval of the Law of Salats and undaunted minimum wage growth to cope with the high price prices, is clear indication that the current government has no developmental vision for the country. Pandemia and rising prices of all products have made the lives of Kosovo families more difficult today. Therefore, adopting basic laws for workers and their rights is the minimum that the Kosovo government has to do, while raising wages to the great crisis is institutional obligation. ”
