Kosovo's “initiation to apply to the KiE has enabled it to reach agreement on license plates”

Lutfi Haziri deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), once responsible for dialogue issues with Serbia, has spoken of the failure to reach the Pristina-Belgrade license for plates, according to him the prime minister himself has “abortu” Haziri said such an agreement has been reached earlier, but its implementation is in store in [...]
Haziri said such an agreement has been reached earlier, but its implementation is in trouble, according to him at this point the country's prime minister should be in Brussels.
The extension for a license agreement that was reached earlier, but for its implementation has now been in trouble, at a time when the prime minister was expected to participate in the non-formal meeting of leaders of the Western Balkans these days in Brussels, he is standing for a visit without an agenda to the US”, he said.
The LDK deputy chairman claims that Kosovo's lack of an agenda and initiative to apply to the Council of Europe has prevented this agreement from being reached.
So, without a white agenda for the Kosovo public, and Kosovo's initiative to apply to the Council of Europe, naturally it has the possibility of reaching and implementing the agreement on license plates”, Haziri told Metro.
Haziri further gives the directives that we must coordinate with our main allies, especially those allies who are skeptical, to achieve results.
“I believe that co-ordinating with the states of the QUINT will continue in terms of Kosovo's support for membership, including France, the US role in the quality of observers at this important institution, and in particular the German-French locomotive, and the role of Great Britain is demining in achieving this”, Haziri told the Metro Gazette.
The former mayor of Gjilan says the current prime minister has polarised the political scene on the topic.
“On the other hand, I can say that Kosovo's prime minister has divided the political scene over this matter”, Haziri said.
The LDK official has a criticism of current government officials, since they were accustomed to declaring themselves otherwise.
“U had taught our ministers to speak on behalf of Germany, France and international institutions”, he said.
Haziri also criticised current Foreign Affairs Minister Donika Gervalla-Schwarz over Ambassador Martin Berisha's scandal
The fact that this minister, in Martin Berisha's case, said that he has co-ordinated with Allies, clearly indicates its inconsistencies”, he said.
Regarding the French state's stance on Kosovo's membership in the KiE, Haziri says the current foreign affairs minister should not interfere with the positions of other embassies, as is the case with the French one, according to him, France's position will be harmonised with other QUINT countries.
Speaking in the name of someone else is no smart matter under these circumstances and no other circumstances. What we believe is the reaction of the French government, which at this level I believe will be co-ordinated with the QUINT states in relation to Kosovo and, of course, the QUINT in relation to even Belgrade”, Haziri said.
