Kosovo diplomacy chief Donika Grovall has met with European diplomacy chief Josep Borrell before his own informal dinner with leaders of six Western Balkan countries.
Unlike the EU's High Representative for Foreign Policy, he has also met with Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Dimitar Kovakevski.
Bosnia and Herzegovina presidency member Milorad Dodik has also met with the chief of European diplomacy in Brussels.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Donika Grovalla-Schwarz has represented Kosovo at this dinner after Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti are on visit to the United States of America.
