Haradinaj's shell is accused of obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, revenge and violating the secret of the procedure.
The prosecution has insisted that both of them, organised, have been aiming to damage the special court's reputation as well as hinder its work.

The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has proposed that they be sentenced to six years in prison and a fine of 100 euros.
The two leaders of the KLA's OVL have been declared innocent during the trial.
