In addition to the prison sentence, the Special has pronounced them a 100-euro fine.
They have deadlines to pay these fines until July 18th, 2022.
Gucati and Haradinaj have been acquitted of revenge criminal acts, until other acts are found guilty.
“On behalf of the people of Kosovo, the court was convicted of: obstructing official persons in carrying out official actions through serious threats, obstructing official persons in carrying out official tasks through participation in joint actions of a group, fearing according to criminal procedure, violating the secret of the procedure through unauthorized intelligence of classified information issued in official procedures, violating the secrecy of unauthorised intelligence procedure of the identity and personal data of protected witnesses”, Judge Charles Smith III said.
Gucati and Haradinaj were accused by the Special Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) of criminal acts against justice administration, respectively, of obstructing official persons in performing official duties, fearing witnesses, as well as violating the secret of the procedure.
