France says it is Kosovo to apply to Council of Europe

In a French Embassy communiqué on the social Facebook network, Kosovo's future is said to be a member of the KiE.

We remember that during the day, France's Ambassador to Belgrade Pierre Cochard in a Serbian media said Kosovo's application to the Council of Europe is unilateral and as such France does not support it.
