Finland's NATO membership would significantly increase the risk of being the target of Russian aggression, the Defence Committee colluded.
Finland, which shares a long 1,300km border and a difficult past with Russia, is reviewing its imminent position from the distance to membership by NATO in order to maintain good relations with its eastern neighbour.
