Professor and foreign policy connoisseur Muhamet Hamiti in an interview for Periscope has spoken about Kurti-Vuchic's joint dinner in Berlin and changing the stances of Prime Minister Kurti has belonged to Serbia and dialogue.

Hamiti thinks that Kurti from the opposition poetry has now descended to the weak prose governor.

On the other hand, Professor Hamiti has declared that dialogue is not advancing and that he has taken full technical direction.

When we're in foreign policy, former Ambassador Hamiti estimates there are no concrete results, except scandals, and the Bissimi Gervala sees them as not competent for their positions.

Total interview:

Periscope: Prime Minister Albin Kurti held a meeting with Serbian President Alexader Vuciq yesterday, even dined with him. While in opposition, he claimed he would never continue negotiations, nor would he sit at a table with Serb leaders, without apologizing for the genocide in Kosovo. How do you comment on this change of approach from the prime minister?

Muhamet Hamiti: This was Prime Minister Kurti's first meeting with Serbian President Vuciq, but comes after a long time, after two meetings in June and July last year, a few months after taking over the leadership of the Kosovo government. Without result, they were the first meetings. Let's see if there'll be some results from yesterday's Berlin meeting. The truth is that at the time of the current Government Kosovo- Serbia is stuck and degraded in technical dialogue. At the time when the LDK led Government and dialogue, this dialogue was put on the track of political dialogue for elements of the agreement for mutual recognition of both countries, although Serbia was very enthusiastic about it, because it preferred the status quo, which is in line with it but not Kosovo. (Our American friends said it's only that the status quo meets the Kremlin. )

Míw looked like Kurti is saying he wants dialogue of this nature: political, normalisation, based on recognition. It took a while for the government Kurt to come down from Kurt's cool rhetoric and opposition VV, with which they received votes. From poetry to opposition, it was passed to the ruling prose; to poor prose at these beginnings.

Periscope: How do you evaluate the Kosovo-American reports at this stage?

Muhamet Hamiti: Americans have proven steadfast devotion to the Republic of Kosovo. Kosovo has not had and has no stronger allies, thanks to our just cause for freedom, independence and democracy and the wise policy that our leaders have led, starting with President Ibrahim Rugova 30 years ago and throughout his political life, but others who have followed this line of friendship and close co-operation with the US. For the Kosovo Government reports conducted by Prime Minister Kurti and the American Administration, we can talk after seeing the results of this government's policies in us, or, worse, lack of them, as we are now seeing.

Periscope: Why, according to you, has Prime Minister Albin Kurti not yet managed to have an official visit to the US?

Muhamet Hamiti: Why has Prime Minister Kurti not yet managed to have an official visit to the US, officials of both governments may say. A visit to the U.S. There must be substance, agenda for this high-level official visit, prepared and assigned between the parties, with the aim of producing results.

Periscope: Yes, presentations from the funeral ceremony of former State Secretary Albright. Kurt and Osman from there as if they were selling them to former politicians of America...

Muhamet Hamiti: These were random meetings, hand-in-hands with polite words that are natural in such ceremonial activities. They're not really dates.

Periscope: How he commented on the suspicion that Kosovo's ambassador to Croatia, Martin Berisha, is involved in a major financial scandal in Slovenia. Should it be downloaded?

Muhamet Hamiti: Kosovo's ambassador cannot serve functionally in Croatia as long as thoughts of involvement in the controversial financial scandal weighing out. If not, get fired.

Periscope: Where Kosovo stands with foreign policy. What's Kurti Government doing for visas, new recognitions and so on? How do you especially see the performance of Minister Donika Grovall?

Muhamet HamitiIn February, there is poor performance in foreign policy this government run by Kurti. There are no results in any field. Scandals are yes, which, unfortunately, try to minimize, simply saying "is something," allowing them to continue unjudged or sanctioned by whom. Foreign Minister Gervalla-Sharz and Deputy Prime Minister Bislim, who heads the dialogue, have not witnessed competence in their work.
