The same sentence was pronounced unique in length of 18 years in prison.
Judge Tahiri made it known that against this act, the parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, on the 15-day deadline from the day of acceptance of the written act.
Also, on February 25, 2021, against accused Mimoza Pajaziti had been convicted of punishment by the head of the court, Mustafe Tahiri, where she had been sentenced to 17 years in prison for serious murder, and to 2 years in prison for illegal possession.
However, with the act of first degree, she was not even hired by the accused, who had filed a complaint in Apel through her defender, lawyer Sevdai Robel. It has demanded that the second instance be declared innocent or the case be turned into retrial.
While on July 9, 2021, the Court of Appeals had decided to turn the case into a retrial.
According to the indictment set up on May 12, 2020, by prosecutor Sebahate Sinani, Mimoza Pajaziti is charged that on August 31, 2018, in Ferizaj, in the vicinity of the restaurant “Wajvara“, deliberately and sly has now deprived the late A of life. K, exploiting his faith and sincerity, since the same have been known and been about love before.
The indictment says that the defendant with preliminary preparations is first contacted by the deceased by telephone, then requesting the same meeting, not giving him any concrete reasons.

Following its confirmation, the same is arrested by German authorities, and on December 18, 2019, it is extradited to the Republic of Kosovo.
Also under the indictment, the Pajaziti is charged with having, on the critical day, with no prior authorisation and permission, possessed pistol-type weapons “Crevna Zastava M57” with a 7.66 mm calibre, as well as a five-packed clip of the 7.62m calibre, which are located and seized by the first landing of the deceased AK car.
With these actions, the prosecution charged the accused with the criminal offence of “the serious murder”, by Article 179 of the Penal Code, and the vise “heavy murder”, by Article 179 of the Penal Code, and the criminal act of “rmermancy without permission, by Article 374 of the Penal Code. /Betimy for Justice
