Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi will report at this meeting regarding Dialogue with Serbia. Reporting starts at 2:00.
Different days earlier in Brussels, European Union representative for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak met with Kosovo's chief negotiator, Besnik Bislimi and Serbia's Petar Petkov. Then it allowed a meeting of the negotiators, but that meeting had not resulted.
Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, through a tweeting post, had stated that the constructiveness and creativity of the Kosovo side has been needed and useful, but not enough .“against expectations and engagement, Serbia was again not constructive at yesterday's meetings in Brussels”, Bislim said, who is also chief of the Kosovo negotiating team. The resolution on obstruction through participation as a primary strategy is effectively resulting in preventing progress”, he said.
