UN Approves Resolution to Start Investigations Against Russian Soldiers in Ukraine

The United Nations Human Rights Council has voted in favour of the resolution to launch investigations against Russian troops in Ukraine. Ukraine claims it has identified hundreds of alleged war criminals in the continuation of the country's Russian occupation, which began at the end of February.
Today, the human rights body held an emergency session in Geneva to examine evidence of Moscow's alleged violations in Ukraine.
Otherwise, soon to be brought to justice will be the first Russian soldier to be charged with war crimes in Ukraine.
