American Institute: Russia has lost its battle for Kharkivin

The Institute for War Research (ISW), which produces daily reports of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, has announced that Moscow forces have fled the city in northeastern Ukraine.

The report reportedly is likely to have the Russian army withdraw from the region after Vladimir Putin focuses his efforts further south.
