Muamer Zukorlic's son, Usama Zukorlic, chairman of the Justice and Pajtim Party, said that after the mufti's death, he was believed to have died of natural causes.
But, as he said on the “Yutra” show in “TV Prva”, the family has done additional checks because it was suspected that it was not just a natural death.
Usame Zukorlic has said exhumation and autopsy should be made before complaining to state authorities.
The results will be ready for about seven to one month, Usame Zukorlic said.
He said yesterday about B92.net that this has been the most difficult moment for the entire family, while asking whom he doubts and if there is any other inference, Zukorlic has said how families have agreed not to speak publicly before the official results emerge.
We don't want to talk about any doubts, but above all we want to know what circumstances our father and leader died in. Only when we get the answers and when the results that we already have are confirmed will we publish”, Usame told Jutro TV Prva.
According to him, there are heavy metal traces in the blood of the late mufti, and all of this is said in the medical report, as well as that it is probably the result of a heart attack, reports Dnevni Avaz, the transmission expres.
He has thanked Serbia's state authorities for enabling the entire process of exhumation and autopsy.
