According to the AAK, this programme was approved at the time Ramush Haradinaj was at the helm of the government.
“Finally after almost two years of blockade, Albin Kurti has come to mind and has decided to accept the Compact programme approved at the time of Ramush Haradinaj Government. It would be good to have accepted it right away, not after the constant pressures we have made. But better late than never. And the rest of it is like this is a success of his government, it's nothing but shit. This is the joint success of the US government and former Prime Minister Haradinaj. This is not to be commended or merited, but for the sake of truth”, the AAK's announcement says.
