Zelensky made comments during a joint press conference with UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, where he was on a surprise visit to Kiev, reports Knn.
Other countries should follow the example of the United Kingdom, Zelensky said, adding that it is the time “to impose a full embargo on Russia's energy sector to increase the supply of weapons to Ukraine”.
“We must further strengthen our anti-war coalition. We hope London will play a key role in this” process, he said.
Zelensky said the two leaders also talked about rebuilding Ukraine, “S together, we will rebuild our country and cities”.
By contrast, Johnson has promised new military aid as well as multimillo loans for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
