Ukrainian Ministry: Russia is kidnapping civilians and using them as shields, including children

Ukraine's Defence Ministry has accused Russian forces of kidnapping civilians and using them as <x0-> human savings” to protect their equipment columns, writes Sky News, Periscopi broadcasts.

The ombudsman said Russian soldiers are also using children as shields.

Indirectly, we're going to have to go to the hospital. Occuppiers spoke of their columns of operation with abducated reports of Ukrainian cities and villas. According to Ukrainian ombudsman, Russian don't mind hiding even behind child.
